Needle Nurse Aesthetics Top-Up Toxin Treatment Policy

Policy: At Needle Nurse Aesthetics, we are committed to providing our clients with safe and effective toxin treatments that enhance their natural beauty. To ensure the best possible results, we have established the following policy regarding top-up toxin treatments within ten (10) days of the initial treatment.

Scope: This policy applies to all clients who have received toxin treatments at Needle Nurse Aesthetics and wish to schedule a top-up treatment within ten (10) days of their initial treatment.

Policy Details:

1. Treatment Eligibility:
   • Clients are eligible for a top-up toxin treatment within ten (10) days of their initial treatment.
2. Consultation and Assessment:
   • Prior to scheduling a top-up toxin treatment, clients must undergo a consultation and assessment by one of our experienced aesthetic practitioners.
   • During the consultation, the practitioner will evaluate the results of the initial treatment and determine if a top-up treatment is necessary and appropriate.
3. Treatment Planning:
   • If it is determined that a top-up toxin treatment is required, the practitioner will work with the client to create a personalised treatment plan.
   • The treatment plan will include the type and amount of toxin to be used, the treatment area(s), and any additional instructions or recommendations.
4. Timing of Top-Up Treatment:
   • Top-up toxin treatments must be scheduled and completed within ten (10) days of the initial treatment to be eligible.
   • Clients are responsible for scheduling their top-up treatment within this timeframe.
5. Treatment Cost:
   • The cost of the top-up toxin treatment will be determined based on the treatment plan and will be discussed with the client during the consultation.
   • If payment for the top-up treatment is required it must be made in full prior to the treatment appointment.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
   • If a client needs to cancel or reschedule their top-up treatment, they must provide at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
   • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee, and the client may forfeit the opportunity for a top-up treatment within the ten (10) day period.
7. Results and Follow-Up:
   • Clients should expect to see the full results of their top-up toxin treatment within a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on the individual and treatment area.
   • We encourage clients to follow any post-treatment care instructions provided by the practitioner.
8. Client Satisfaction:
   • We are committed to ensuring client satisfaction. If a client has any concerns or questions about their top-up toxin treatment, they should promptly contact our clinic for assistance.

Compliance: Clients and practitioners at Needle Nurse Aesthetics are expected to adhere to this policy to ensure safe and effective toxin treatments. Deviations from this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis, with the ultimate goal of client satisfaction and safety.

Review and Revision: This policy will be periodically reviewed and updated as necessary to reflect current best practices and regulatory guidelines.
